Vehicle communication networks are complex distributed systems. The reliability of these systems directly affects passenger's safety. Reliability is affected by many parameters which have to be evaluated. E.g., PHY layer and Data link layer parameters. Your responsibility will be research of new evaluation and measurement methods for the latest in-vehicle communication technologies (E.g., Automotive Ethernet 100/1000BASE-T1, CAN FD, CAN XL).
